A2: Strict Pushups (3 sets x max reps, rest 60 sec)

A3: Double-Unders (3 sets x 60 sec practice, rest 60 sec)



6 rounds of:
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute rest
