Partner B does AMRAP Hang Power Cleans + Jerks 60/45kg until A gets back.
Switch and repeat.
2.Partner A runs 400m
Partner B does AMRAP Back squats 60/45kg (from floor) until A returns.
Switch and repeat.
3.Partner A runs 400m
Partner B does AMRAP Double Unders
Switch and repeat.
4.Partner A runs 400m
Partner B does AMRAP Burpees
Switch and repeat.
Om ovan hinns med på kortare tid än 30 min så börjar paret om från början! AMRAP 30min.
