In teams of 5, with only one person allowed per station. Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes:
1. 300 m Row
2. 30 Push-ups
3. 30 Box jump overs
4. 30 Goblet squats
5. Rest

B. 3-5 rounds for quality:
AMRAP Weighted Pushups with pause in the bottom (Stop 2-3 reps before fail)
20-30 Hollow Rocks
AMSAP Side Hollow hold on each side
