2 Clean & Jerks with Kettlebells + 2 Toes to bar.. 4+4..6+6.
Add 2 reps on each movement.
AMRAP x 6 minutes:
12 Walking lunges with dumbbells at the shoulders
12 Calories Assault Bike
2 min rest between every AMRAP.
