Every 90 seconds, for 9 minutes (3 sets of each):
Station 1 – Reverse Snow Angels x 20 reps (slow & controlled)
Station 2 – Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Carry x 2 längder each arm (mellan vägg under räcke och hspu-vägg)

Team WOD

10 Sit-Ups (A)
10 Kettlebell swings (B)
10 Jumping Squats (A)
10 Burpees (B)
6 Shuttle runs (A)

After the run, person B will start with the sit-ups.
