A1: Push Press (5 sets x 4-6 reps, rest 60 sec)
A2: Single arm dumbbell row (5 sets x 8-10 reps per arm, rest 60 sec)

Against a 60 second running clock, for a total of 6 sets, perform as many reps as possible of:
10 Kettlebell Swings (heavy)
Max Reps of Thrusters
Rest 60 sec between sets.
Score is max number of thrusters completed during the workout. Note reps performed each set as well so that you can track your consistency – or drop off.
