Tabata Thursday (4 Rounds for reps)
Complete a full tabata at each station (4 mins of 20 sec on, 10 sec off) before moving to the next station. No extra rest between stations. Post total reps for each station.
A1: Bicepscurl (4 sets x 15 reps )
A2: Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups (4 sets x max reps, rest 1 min)
B1: Skull crushers (4 sets x 15 reps)
B2: Handstand Push-ups (4 sets x max reps, rest 1 min)
